公司现有员工553，其中技术研发人员64人。公司占地面积58742㎡，厂房面积25456㎡，其中净化厂房面积4800㎡。设有磨片、抛光、化学腐蚀、氧化、扩散、离子注入、光刻、台面腐蚀、玻璃钝化、LPCVD、蒸发、真空合金、自动测试、激光划片、砂轮划片、自动粘片、烧结、上芯、键合、包封、切筋、测试等车间，配备先进的生产设备300多台（套），产品检测仪器齐全。

公司自主研发的“门极灵敏触发单向晶闸管”、“低结电容过压保护晶闸管器件”、“TO-220A、TO-3P型内绝缘塑封晶闸管器件”经专家鉴定，产品技术指标处于同类产品国际先进、国内领先水平；“边门极结构的高压大电流单向晶闸管器件芯片”、“台面工艺结构可控硅芯片”、“具有150℃高结温性能双向晶闸管芯片”等18个产品被评定为江苏省高新技术产品；“低结电容过压保护晶闸管器件” 获得南通市科学技术进步二等奖、“新型门极灵敏触发单向可控硅芯片”获得南通市科学技术进步三等奖。

公司自成立以来，一直从事半导体分立器件、电力电子器件的研发、生产和销售，生产规模及产品技术在同行业中都处于领先地位及带头作用。企业在大力开展技术创新的同时，非常注重自主知识产权的创造与保护工作，截止目前，公司共获得授权专利19项，其中发明专利11项，实用型新专利8项；已受理专利4项，其中发明专利4项。

捷捷半导体有限公司是江苏捷捷微电子股份有限公司于2014年9月在南通成立的全资子公司，注册资本20000万元人民币，主要从事半导体分立器件和半导体集成电路研发设计、制造、销售及技术咨询服务等。

捷捷半导体有限公司共计划投建四条生产线及三条新产品研发线，一个产品性能检测和试验站，可形成年产90万片半导体分立器件芯片及11.48亿只半导体分立器件生产能力。其中：电力（功率）半导体器件芯片生产线1条，配套成品封装线1条。年产出4英寸圆片42万片，用于公司生产各类电力电子器件芯片45,850万只，自封装电力电子器件4.28亿只；半导体防护器件芯片生产线1条，配套成品封装线1条。年产出4英寸圆片48万片，用于公司生产各类半导体防护器件芯片76,600万只，自封装半导体防护器件7.2亿只；三条新产品研发试验线和一个产品性能检测和试验站，包括超快恢复功率二极管研发试验线、功率MOSFET、IGBT研发试验线、碳化硅器件研发试验线。具有恒温、恒湿的高洁净生产环境和先进的制造设备。

Jie Jie Semiconductor Co., Ltd. plans to build four production lines and three new product development lines. A product performance testing and testing station can produce 900 thousand semiconductor discrete device chips and 1 billion 148 million semiconductor discrete devices annually. Among them: electric power (power) semiconductor device chip production line 1, supporting the finished product package line 1.
